Sonoma county vacation rental regulations stipulate the following rules that must be followed:

• Maximum overnight occupancy not including children under three for this property is 10 people.

• Maximum number of vehicles is 1 vehicle per bedroom (5).

• Quiet hours must be observed between 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

• No outdoor amplified sound is allowed
