The property is nestled in the treetops of Sonoma wine country, where breathtaking nature meets modern chic design and amenities. The outdoor space includes hiking trails spanning 10 secluded acres with swings, camping hammocks, a ceremony tent with custom lighting, meadows, a seasonal waterfall, and stunning panoramic vistas.​ Wildlife abounds, including wild turkeys, families of deer, red tail hawks, doves, red headed woodpeckers, and more.
The house designed by architect Jacob Lehrer combines modern luxury & mid-century charm with a cozy fireside conversation pit, remodeled bathrooms, heated pool and hot tub, cedar sauna, soaking tub with forest views, 3 wood burning fireplaces and a whimsical secret room. The home features modern technology including a whole-house Sonos system with premium Spotify integration for sound, a karaoke system, 26+ color changing Lifx lights to set the mood, a 65" digital art display, and a kinetic sand art canvas.
ACCOMODATIONS
5 main bedrooms plus a large finished basement with extra mattresses provide ample room for guests to sleep, in addition to camping options in the ceremony tent and camping hammocks.

Need some personal time? Fable's Serenity Vista offers the perfect serene mountaintop for Yoga, Tai Chi, and morning workouts. In the wetter months, Fable's babbling waterfall and creek provide a calm oasis for meditation.
